The app looks nice and has some useful information however should be easier to purchase tickets. For instance I have to scroll to the bottom of all my season ticket seats, then when I click on "view past tickets/buy tickets" I can't actually buy any tickets. Also the rate app button seemed to work once but if you cancel out of it then try again it doesn't. Also don't like the fact I can't screenshot my ticket; I understand why but tbh it's my ticket.

Genuinely abysmal. My tickets never show in the tickets section, just a blank screen. And when I try to book tickets it just redirects me to a screen with an error message. Completely pointless and redundant if you can't buy tickets or even view them in the app.

this seems mostly aimed at selling us more kit. I had to take membership this year(still waiting for my goodie bag,three months on) to try and get early dibs on tickets but mostly for audio of the games. It continues to be shite...cuts out repeatedly..sometimes for over a minute. You get the sense they don't really care about long time genuine fans or those of us brought up on radio commentary.I'd expect better and thank christ I have a local non league team who don't fleece me at every chance
