on the verge of uninstalling. id love to get to level 1000 but these glitches are making the game unplayable. the game crashes often and that involves lost progress. not too mention the fact that certain things don't load or render so you have to constantly close the game and reload it.

Crashes constantly. Especially when you need to watch ads for rewards only to have it crash.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This game is extremely glitchy and doesn't save progress. It also doesn't refund resources after you spend them because the progress wasn't saved. Customer service doesn't respond to emails either. I logged out and logged back in immediately and it says I was offline for 17 minutes so that means it's not tracking the last 15 minutes of data, resources and time wasted. Not to mention that the offline timer is 2 hours and you have to spend money to increase it
