The latest update has added to the numerous problems that the past few updates caused. When I first started using the app it was very nice. You could arrange the cameras for viewing the way that you preferred. With updates, that option went away. Many people complained to no avail. Now, the newest update has stopped the notifications by email. I depend on these when I'm out of town. When I test the email alerts that once worked seamlessly, I get a 400 error message.

To be honest I'm sad that i bought this cameras via the YouTube blogger suggestion. It's awful. All the time connection problems. I think something on the servers. 8/10 times it's "Live viewing failed". And it's weird cos some cameras at the same wifi same firmware same time working some don't. The router close and the signal is perfect. What the problem?

A camera is only as good as it's app. Reolink has such potential, but it's bogged down by their awful app. No rich notifications, and the notifications you do receive are so delayed that by the time you go to the event, it's over. If you click on a past notification, it just takes you to a live feed. In 2024, this is embarrassing.
