totally stuck. Can't get OTP code on my phone, so I can't progress forward. no other options exist within the App. tried different phones, different phone numbers, on different days. will have to email them which could be slow, but frustrating

Good app, but lack simple basic tool like change profile photo. the photo official is low Quality as my bank've said they couldn't recognize face because the profile picture and I can't change it in UAE pass. Overall it's great app, can login most UAE app with it.

Can't solve the issue of not receiving OTP on my phone number, I tried several phone numbers and none received an OTP. I missed out on an important service I needed. Customer service responded quite fast but has only one reply that they will contact me once the issue has been solved it's been over a month and no follow up has been made.
