OKX is one of the few apps that feels smooth and dependable every time I trade. The interface is simple yet powerful, and deposits arrive almost instantly. I entered a referral code during signup, which gave me a small bonus that made starting easier. Updates have made it even faster and more stable. It would be great to see more beginner tips inside the app, but overall, OKX feels professional, safe, and well-built. 😎

Edited this review from 1 to 3 stars. Account verification in the Netherlands: via iDin (id check via local bank api), doesn't post, crashes. Multiple tries, multiple devices,'network unavailable' now. Manual verify, camera integration fails. 2nd device worked (iDin still didn't). App itself is very cool, having to spend two hours and a support ticket to get verified full access is a big bummer. Support people were nice and quick to respond. I wasn't super nice. Anyway, we'll see how things go!

Unfortunately, OKX has been a very disappointing experience for me. There is no real customer support — only automated replies. Despite uploading and emailing all required documents multiple times, my account (with balance inside) remains locked. I strongly advise others not to use this app, as it seems impossible to get proper assistance when problems occur.
