Worse Experience Ever! I had the worst experience with Namshi. They canceled my order after I had already made the payment, and the refund process took an eternity! I will never buy anything from them again. Their customer service is terrible, and I feel completely let down. Avoid at all costs!

my experience with the ordering, payment, delivery and return has been great. but I hate how they mostly never mention the composition and exact fabrics or material of their products. I'm not gonna order something just based on how it looks on pictures.

very bad experience with NAMCHI they don't deliver on the time. the put product in the site they don't have it. if you order that product that they don't have they you wait until we bring it. i will never order from NAMCHI
