I've only been able to download one video and I paid up front. Everything stops this app for processing video like if you touch your phone or something touches the screen then it stops and you lose all the progress. When it actually does cut the videos then they do not play on my phone. There are no buttons to do anything other than create a video so you can't see your old videos that were created. I want my money back or make the app work.

the first time worked really well so I decided to pay for the weekly subscription, and when I tried to split another video after the purchase, the app didn't work, I have tried several times and nothing, now I want a refund and the app doesn't even have a settings option

waited forever for 25 clips. then when I went to save it said I had to pay. after, it Still prompted to pay when I tried to save, so had to exit and lose all that time I waited. This app turns out to be total unusable trash. it plays the video while processing it which is wasteful of resources, interrupts processing when you rotate your screen, and will ask for payment to download when you already paid. there is no key to do anything besides create a video, so canceling will be a hassle. scam
