The LogMeIn Rescue Customer allows support technicians to troubleshoot a problem you are having on your Android device. To use this application you must be receiving support from a technician who is using LogMeIn Rescue and will provide you a pin code to start the session.

Technicians have the ability to chat, transfer files, view system diagnostic information, pull and push APN configurations (Android 2.3), push and pull WiFi configuration, and more. Remote control is available on the latest devices from Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Huawei, Sony, Vertu, Kazam and more.

How to use:
1) Install the application
2) Launch the application from your Applications folder
3) Enter the six digit pin code given to you by your support technician
4) Allow your trusted support technician to connect to your device

This app uses the Device Administrator permission.

LogMeIn Rescue Customer uses accessibility service in order to provide full remote control of this device during a Rescue session. LogMeIn Rescue does not track or control any action or behaviour through this service outside of a Rescue session.

horrible experience. I by mistake downloaded a "game update" that, apparently, had a virus attached. when i pressed the icon, no menu came up offering to uninstall. The icon would not move. I called - spoke with people and was transferred 3 or 4 times- then was hung up on. called back. followed instructions to a tee but the agent was unable to connect to my phone. This was one of the worst experiences I've had. Nothing is fixed. Also accents there were heavy, more difficult.

they tried helping with all in printer spent hours with them resetting everything and having spectrum open tabs for there signals still prints randomly and they are still charging me Microsoft 10.54 a week and I have not used printer in several weeks or months can't print can't find printer everything you can possibly experience has happened and they the company that looks like it's supposed to help doesn't still have same issues with no refunds or responses from Microsoft who is responsible

I'm tired of having to update this every other month...right now I have not been able to put my receipts in for over a week now .😡😵‍💫😥 and I probably have 20 or 30 waiting as I to be added to my account.
