Since I got it, there have been many updates, but one problem hasn't been solved! The problem is, the earbuds often don't connect the first time! The name of my earbuds is, "HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X5 Pro". Won't you solve this problem?!!

i enjoyed spund for 5 months.it doesnt have a button to do factory reset via Bluetooth via app. my left earbud just stopped working. when i put back the earbud that work then the earbud R back then its still connected to the Bluetooth. what a joke. is it because its made in china? it is actually funny to noise cancelling is active while only one earbud play

this app is the worst of all time I miss 1 pixel in the captcha and its wrong also kept saying the servers were busy, thanks my earphones are probably lost somewhere and I can't find it because this app sucks
