I am so excited I found this! I used the Amila Pregnancy app when I was pregnant with my 3rd and I loved the kegel tracking feature. Ever since I had my son, I haven't been very good at doing daily kegels. I almost just re-downloaded the pregnancy app to use just the Kegels feature when I thought I'd see if there was something similar for just Kegels. So so glad they made an independent app for that!! Definitely recommend this and their pregnancy app!

The app is VERY simple. It doesn't need to be flashy at all, so that's not a bad thing. But basic features such as sending push notifications just doesn't work. Only if I open the app will the notification finally send. Another complaint is the app doesn't tell the user how to do a kegel. Luckily I knew how to do these but not every user will. It would be a good and very simple feature to have included. The app works though so I would say it scores about average; 3/5.

Nice app in general. What i would like to see is choosing additional exercises per day. It is, after all, said that 3 times a day kegel is recommended. Also, as other have people already mentioned, if you do exercises at night, the chart shows that you have skipped a day. Maybe changing format to 24h from when you finish exercise, instead of phone clock based.
