it's ok . first of all the pictures they are showing you in the store are not true. you don't do any of those"procedures" in the game. I personally believe it should not be allowed. it's actually just a game where you put patients in bed and bring things they need against a clock. I had an issue recently and they did reach out with a support email that was helpful and the problem was resolved. yes I spend 1-5 $ here and there but it doesn't have to be expensive.

Update On 9/18 - Validation Errors continue. They are more frequent during tournaments. Sometimes they will happen multiple levels in a row, giving you no credit, causing a loss of boosters if you used them. Update 2.0: This game is back to validation errors constantly. Specifically after making in-game purchases. Save your money. Customer Support doesn't help either.

new to the game but decided to buy the 1st location pack thinking the upgrades I would make with the gems would continue thru the course of the game. finished that location a few levels later and moved on to the next and discovered I started back at zero with everything and now can't pass levels since I over upgraded everything in the 1st location. total waste of $10
