High fee for both seller and buyer, long time for buyer to assess the item(if you don't have learning impediment then you should be able to assess the item within 24 hours after receiving). Customer service is slow and low quality. The search function is probably the worst. Authentication fee is also quite high and not 100% accurate. Forbid people from suggesting other apps. It's pretty bad.

Dear Marco, the fees are calculated based on the seller's and buyer's locations, the item's price, the delivery method, and the currency. A 72-hour period after delivery is a reasonable and fair timeframe for review. We do not accept any replicas on our platform. For everyone's security, no other apps or links can be shared in the chat.

Extremely disappointed with this app and its sellers. Since downloading in April, I have placed 3 orders, 2 of which have been canceled by the sellers and one that has yet to ship and will likely be canceled seeing as the seller has one day left before the order is...canceled. I don't know how or if there is a way for the for the app to vet the items it's sellers are posting or the sellers themselves, but regardless, I will be uninstalling and sticking to TheRealReal, Ebay, Mercari, etc.

Dear Jonathon, we are sorry to hear that two of your orders were canceled and that one has not yet been shipped. Please understand that cancellations can negatively impact the seller's rating, potentially leading to the loss of their badge. We recommend contacting the seller before making a payment to confirm their shipping availability.

I was loving the app, but the past week it started getting buggy, logging me out and not letting me use any of my login options (email, Google, fb) even after clearing cache/ reinstalling the app, so I had to use the website, as I have multiple sales and offers currently in play. The website is terrible from a cell phone standpoint. That issue aside, I love the service. It allows me to find vintage and secondhand pieces to add to my wardrobe and cut down on waste.
