Juicy Stack. Block&Tile Puzzle

This game was fun for a while, but now I can't do anything. the base platform thing is waaaaay off screen that I don't know how to place down the parts. Then when I tried to build it to get higher, so I can atleast see it. It becomes like a never ending pocket. I keep trying to build, but can't see what I am doing. Honestly would provide picture if I could to show what I am talking about.

I love the game, my main issue is not liking that there is a timed failure. I don't mind failing due to not stacking the blocks well, but having to race the clock gets annoying. Even more so when the only way I know there is a timer by the flashing color of the square and not an actual clock, so im not exactly sure how much time I have. It makes an otherwise fun and relaxing game feel oddly stressful. It would be nice if there was an option to have a free time mode or something.

I like the game, but I got stuck on the game play area with no tower, and I'm able to place infinite blocks with none of them stacking. I'm not gaining points, and I'm not able to go to the home page, every time I click the home button it fades to black then sends me right back to the pause menu. It doesn't matter how many times I click the home button, it doesn't do anything.
